Why Resonance Consulting?

Self Development has two aspects. Psychology and Self Management. Resonance Consulting adopts the unique approach of focusing on both these critical aspects.

Resonance Consulting does not stop at imparting skills – it focuses on individual development through individual counseling sessions

Most training modules emphasize on managing others. This is the “outside-in” approach. Today’s executives have to cope up with unique challenges – demanding customers, tight deadlines, budget crunch and expectation of the team members. “Inside-out” is also a recommended approach – “If I can manage myself effectively, I can manage others the way they have to be managed.”!
